For 10 people:
I used a round pan silicone 22cm
100 grams of cheese 0%
180 gr chocolate 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa
15g cornflour 4 eggs
20 grams of fructose
1 pinch of salt
Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
Place chocolate to melt very low heat.
Separate whites from yolks and whisk the yolks with fructose and when the milled mixture, add the cornstarch, white cheese, chocolate powder, salt and finally the chocolate.
Beat the egg whites. Add them gradually to all the dough by lifting the mixture.
Bake 20 minutes. Wait until the cake has cooled slightly before turning out.
