Allergic Reaction To Pedicures

Serves 4:

400 g zucchini 1 egg

2 tablespoons flour (60 gr)
10 sheets basil salt

3 servings of cheese lightened (type sylph)

Peel zucchini and cut into cubes, cook in steam for 10 minutes.

Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Mix zucchini with basil leaves for a puree of zucchini. Add this puree to the egg and flour, mix well. Salt lightly.

In a small bowl, mix the contents of portions of cheese.

Pour zucchini mixture into muffin silicone. Add in each one teaspoon of "dough" of cheese and bake for 15 minutes.
