Will Herpes Be Worse?

8 servings:

20 carambars

3 eggs 50 g sugar 150 g flour

1 / 2 teaspoon baking powder
30 cl
skim milk a pinch of salt

Preheat oven to gas mark 6 - 180 °.

In a saucepan, melt the carambars with 10 ml of milk. When the dough is smooth, remove from heat and add 2 egg yolks (reserve whites in a bowl).

Beat the remaining milk (20 cl) with icing sugar, using an electric whisk to make it a little frothy.

Add a pinch of salt to the egg whites until stiff and head up the firm. Mix preparedness carambars cooled and sweetened cream. Gently add the egg whites.

Add the flour and baking preparation. Pour the mixture into a rectangular silicone mold.

Put to cook in hot oven for 35 minutes.
