For 2 persons:
25cl
skim milk 1 vanilla pod
2 packets of vanilla sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 banana 1 pear
Pour the milk into a saucepan. Add vanilla bean, cut into 3, one packet of vanilla sugar and cornstarch. Heat and cook, stirring with a wooden spoon until a creamy liquid.
