flour 20 grams melted butter 41%

Remove the rind and cut the pumpkin flesh into chunks. Bake Steam, then mash with a fork.
Place the puree in a colander to drain. Book.
Beat in a bowl, eggs, yogurt and melted butter. Add the mashed pumpkin, then flour, salt and pepper. Let stand a few minutes.
Heat a griddle, place a layer of batter into skillet and cook for 5 minutes, turning halfway through cooking.
Serve immediately, accompanied by a green salad for example.
